Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and iteration of corporate strategy and long-term growth initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership.
• Support strategic projects including market expansion, portfolio optimization, business transformation, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate across business units to ensure strategic priorities are aligned with overall company objectives.
• Support corporate development activities, including M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments.
• Support multiple business cases, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and developing recommendations for senior leadership.
• Prepare executive- and board-level presentations on key strategic initiatives and business performance.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, analytics, operations, or finance.
• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, analytics, software, business intelligence, or related industries preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, and data analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating strategic transactions, including M&A, partnerships, or joint ventures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and boards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Pay

$90,000 - $100,000 per year plus competitive bonus
