Corporate Recruiter
About the role
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Wingstop’s corporate and field leadership roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers, human resource leaders and key stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders — consult on talent needs, workforce trends, and recruiting best practices.
- Build strong partnerships with HRBPs and business leaders to align hiring plans with organizational priorities.
- Influence and educate stakeholders on talent market dynamics and data-driven recruiting strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from individual contributors to senior-level hires, across multiple departments.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top, diverse talent through proactive networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Wingstop’s culture and values.
- Drive operational excellence in the recruiting process — ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency across the candidate journey.
- Use data and insights to track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process enhancements.
- Share best practices across the team.
- Contribute to special projects (e.g., new ATS implementation, interview training, or general recruiting initiatives).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment
- Experience recruiting professional, corporate, and/or leadership roles
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using ATS and recruiting analytics
- Passion for people, culture, and building talent
