Corporate Recruiter

About the Role

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. This position will manage multiple requisitions across a variety of sales, corporate, operational and administrative roles for our Fort Worth, TX, and Fort Wayne, IN locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the PTR brand with professionalism
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting plans
• Understand the business and build effective relationships with managers across the organization
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards, professional networks, colleges, and other recruiting sources
• Source and attract candidates by using our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, nurture campaigns, employee referrals, etc.
• Screen candidates' resumes and conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations and interview feedback
• Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with recruiting metrics and Talent Acquisition projects, as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven work experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across various departments within an organization
• Hands-on experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
• Ability to guide candidates through the entire interview, offer and acceptance lifecycle
• Ability to successfully work on and fill multiple open requisitions at a time across various departments
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting sourcing tools
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS
• Experience successfully recruiting sales professionals

Compensation

This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.

Location

Fort Wayne, IN or Fort Worth, TX preferred, but remote candidates will be considered (eastern or central time zone required).
