Corporate/M&A/Transactional Partner

The Role

You will handle sophisticated matters for a diverse client base, including M&A, financings, commercial contract negotiations, and general corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and fellow partners on: Financings, restructurings and recapitalizations.
• Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
• General corporate counseling, entity formations, and governance.
• Influencer, entertainment, and celebrity representation matters.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of private law firm experience in financings, M&A, and general transactional matters.
• An active California bar admission.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound business judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a client-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
