About the role
We're looking for an experienced attorney with a portable book of business and a strong background advising businesses across a variety of transactional matters.

- This role is ideal for a partner who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, investors, and lenders while continuing to expand an established client base.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Connecticut Bar (or ability to obtain admission).
- Significant experience in corporate law, business transactions, commercial finance, or related transactional practices.
- Established portable book of business required.
- Demonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to the continued growth of a collaborative regional firm.
