About the role

We're looking for an experienced attorney with a portable book of business and a strong background advising businesses across a variety of transactional matters.

• This role is ideal for a partner who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, investors, and lenders while continuing to expand an established client base.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Connecticut Bar (or ability to obtain admission).
• Significant experience in corporate law, business transactions, commercial finance, or related transactional practices.
• Established portable book of business required.
• Demonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to the continued growth of a collaborative regional firm.
