Corporate HR Generalist
About the role
The Corporate HR Generalist supports a broad range of human resources responsibilities across the organization, including onboarding, compliance administration, HR systems support, employee lifecycle processes, and employee programs. You will report to the Corporate HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to corporate employees and branch HR teams.
- Manage leave of absence programs, including FMLA and other protected leaves, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct HR compliance audits and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation for corporate employees.
- Train managers and HR users on HRIS functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Develop and standardize HR processes to improve efficiency and consistency across locations.
- Interpret and communicate company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, track metrics, and support data analysis for HR leadership.
- Partner with corporate HR, payroll and benefits to ensure accurate HR administration.
- Help implement HR programs, and organizational projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Requirements
2-4 years of Human Resources experience.
HRIS platforms knowledge with UKG Pro or similar systems.
General knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, employee records management, and employment compliance practices.

Work Environment And Requirements:
Onsite role based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Indoor office environment with minimal travel required.
Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, speaking, hearing, writing, driving, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
