About the role
The Associate will be joining a team to help lead their inorganic growth strategy. The Associate will be responsible for diligence, execution, and closing a high volume of acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies
- Close and integrate acquired companies
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IB, PE, Corporate Development or Transaction Advisory
Qualifications
- Strong academic background
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
