Corporate Custodian (Housekeeper) 2nd shift

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work alongside team members to clean and upkeep the facility (sanitation).
• Sweep and mop breakrooms, restrooms, and hallways.
• Clean floors, walls, windows, conference rooms, offices, and restrooms according to the Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS).
• Stock custodial and PPE supplies for use on the plant floor and in offices.
• Discuss potential quality‑control issues with the Supervisor or Shift Manager.
• Maintain good communication with the Manager at all times.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep areas neat and organized daily.
• Ensure all chemical containers are properly labeled.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of sanitation supplies in partnership with the Buyer.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP training, company prerequisite programs, SOPs, and SSOPs.
• Assist in packaging as needed.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Work in the employee cafeteria and store as needed.

Pay

$20.50 per hour ($17.50 base pay plus $3.00 shift differential).

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 3:30 am – 2:00 am.

Physical Demands

The role regularly requires standing, walking, using hands, lifting or moving up to 25 lb, and talking or hearing. Occasionally the employee must sit, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move up to 50 lb. Close vision is required.

Work Environment

Plant/office setting with varying temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment, wet/slippery floors, and occasional travel.
