Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. As a custodian, you'll support our team by maintaining the buildings to ensure clean, organized operations.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum
• Empty trash
• Clear snow
• Maintain landscaping
• Work in extreme temperatures (-25°F to 100°F) in the distribution center

Qualifications

• No experience required - we'll train you
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed (holidays are very important to our customers)
• Must be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25°F to 100°F)
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions)
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: Starting at $19.60/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd shift premium)
• Plus, weekly performance incentives
• Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 2nd shift 5:55pm - 2:30am, with Friday and Saturdays off
