We're partnering with a well-established organization in Orange County seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys partnering directly with hiring leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment, and hiring top professional talent across multiple business functions. In this role, you'll own the recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance while supporting hiring initiatives across departments including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Analytics, Payroll, Quality, and other corporate functions. What You'll Be DoingManage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional-level positionsPartner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and drive hiring decisionsSource, screen, interview, and assess top talent across a variety of disciplinesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsCoordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experienceTrack recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and market trendsManage onboarding activities including background checks, employment verification, and new hire orientationWhat We're Looking For5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experienceExperience recruiting professional-level talent including analysts, engineers, finance, HR, supply chain, logistics, or other business support functionsStrong sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelinesExperience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentStrong partnership experience with hiring managers and business leadersExperience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologiesExcellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skillsPreferredManufacturing, automotive, distribution, logistics, or supply chain industry experienceExperience with onboarding and new hire orientationCornerstone ATS experienceBachelor's degree preferredPHR or SHRM-CP a plusIf you're a relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys owning the hiring process and influencing talent strategy, we'd love to connect.
