Corporate Associate – Philadelphia

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on corporate and alternative entity transactions
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transactional documents
• Supporting partners on deal execution and client counseling
• Collaborating with a team to manage complex corporate matters

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of law firm experience in corporate or transactional practice
• Admission to the Pennsylvania or New York Bar required
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated transactional skills
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication abilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $170,000 – $220,000, depending on experience
• Eligibility for discretionary bonus
