Responsibilities
- Advise firm clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactional matters
- Transaction management and due diligence
- Aid in managing client relationships
Requirements
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school and a strong academic record
- Admission to the Ohio Bar and be in good standing
- At least 5 years of meaningful experience in a law firm managing mergers and acquisitions, securities, and other corporate transactional matters

- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures and/or cross-border transactions
- Demonstrated ability to draft purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and third-party legal opinions
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate transaction teams (domestic and cross-border)
- Experience managing due diligence and the data room or data site
- Experience negotiating aspects of corporate transactions

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $320,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. We offer a professional and friendly work environment with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, life, 401(k), and many other excellent benefits.
