Key Responsibilities
- Execute sophisticated corporate transactions, including M&A and financings
- Draft and negotiate agreements and transaction documents
- Cook up with internal teams, clients, and advisors
- Provide strategic guidance on corporate governance matters
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex corporate agreements
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Member of a U.S. Bar in good standing (PA or DE required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $205,000–$225,000 (DOE)
