About the role

The Corporate & Business Law Department at Day Pitney is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–4 years of experience in advising public companies on corporate, securities, disclosure, and transactional matters. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with industry experts in a collaborative, sophisticated, and team-oriented setting.

• Advising public companies on corporate, securities, disclosure, and transactional matters

• Working independently and in team settings

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working with public companies on corporate, securities, disclosure, and transactional matters
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Strong technical, professional, and client service skills
• Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction you plan to practice
