A nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing Greenville office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior-level associate to develop within a close-knit, entrepreneurial team serving a dynamic client base that includes local innovators and international companies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of meaningful experience in corporate or transactional law at a law firm.
• Familiarity with general corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, and M&A.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Licensed to practice in South Carolina or willing to sit for the South Carolina Bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate corporate governance documents, contracts, and transactional materials.
• Support M&A, joint ventures, and financing transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and legal research for corporate transactions.
