Corporate Associate

Responsibilities

- Advise on corporate governance, fiduciary matters, and compliance issues. - Handle mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and investment fund transactions. - Work on joint ventures, debt and equity financing transactions. - Provide strategic advice on the formation and management of Delaware corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. - Communicate complex matters effectively in both oral and written form.

Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in transactional and corporate governance matters, particularly with Delaware entities. - Excellent academic credentials and communication skills. - Experience in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice is preferred. - Must be admitted to the Delaware Bar.
