Corporate Associate – Mid-Level (M&A Focus)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute components of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions
• Conduct due diligence, draft ancillary transaction documents, and oversee deal checklists
• Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and cross-office teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of M&A experience, ideally within a top-tier Corporate & Finance group
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to manage elements of transactions independently
• Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington State
• Excellent academic credentials

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range is £235,000 – £365,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The firm offers a competitive benefits package and professional development opportunities within a collaborative and supportive environment.
