Responsibilities

  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
    • M&A transactions and private equity deals
    • Public and private securities work
    • Venture capital financings and emerging company representation
    • Corporate governance, formation, and general corporate maintenance
    • Licensing, corporate finance, and strategic commercial transactions

Provides direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to grow within a practice known for its strategic advisory approach and business-minded legal solutions.

  • Excellent academic credentials and polished drafting skills
  • Admission to the California Bar

Pay

Salary in the $170k–$230k range plus bonus potential up to $106k, based on experience and performance
