Corporate Associate Attorney

Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- M&A transactions and private equity deals
- Public and private securities work
- Venture capital financings and emerging company representation
- Corporate governance, formation, and general corporate maintenance
- Licensing, corporate finance, and strategic commercial transactions
Provides direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to grow within a practice known for its strategic advisory approach and business-minded legal solutions.

What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of strong corporate/transactional experience
- Background in M&A, private equity, securities, venture capital, and/or general corporate matters
- Excellent academic credentials and polished drafting skills
- Admission to the California Bar
Pay
Salary in the $170k–$230k range plus bonus potential up to $106k, based on experience and performance
