Corporate Associate Attorney
About the role
In this position, you’ll work closely with founders, management teams, boards, and investors as a trusted advisor throughout the full corporate life cycle — from formation to exit. Your practice will span a mix of capital markets matters, M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, with an emphasis on emerging companies and the investors who shape their growth.
Responsibilities
- Serving as outside general counsel to early-stage and high-growth clients.
- Advising on equity financings and negotiating on behalf of both companies and investors.
- Guiding clients through strategic transactions, acquisitions, and other transformative events.
- Providing day-to-day corporate and governance counselling with regular, direct access to executive decision-makers.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant corporate experience across capital markets, M&A, private equity, or venture capital.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to excel in a dynamic practice.
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in good standing in the United Kingdom or EU.
Skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship building skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Pay
This role offers a highly competitive salary range of £310,000–£390,000, commensurate with experience, plus discretionary merit bonuses.
