About the role
A top AmLaw firm is seeking talented M&A/Private Equity Associates to join their Chambers' ranked team in Chicago. Associates will have 1-7+ years of experience in an AmLaw environment.
Responsibilities
- Work on transactions drafting and negotiating ancillary documentation
- Conduct due diligence
- Based on experience level, run or manage deal teams
Requirements
Qualified attorneys will have worked on transactions drafting and negotiating ancillary documentation, conducting due diligence, and based on experience level, have run or managed deal teams.
Qualifications
Associates here have a 2000 hours target and a hybrid in office expectation (3 days/week).
Skills
Top of the market compensation and market bonus.
