Corporate Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
• S supporting and leading aspects of M&A and venture capital transactions
• Advising on corporate governance matters
• Assisting with securities law compliance and related regulatory issues
• Managing deal processes efficiently and strategically

Qualifications

• JD required
• 3–6 years of prior experience at a law firm
• Demonstrated experience with venture capital and/or M&A transactions
• Exposure to securities compliance and corporate governance is a plus
• Strong drafting skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach

Compensation

Competitive base salary, $180,000–$260,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and location
