About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group at one of the top law firms in Dallas. You’ll work on sophisticated and high-stakes corporate matters for an elite client base in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex corporate matters.
• Lead and support M&A and private equity transactions.
• Collaborate with a talented team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• 5-8 years of experience in broad-based general corporate matters.
• Expertise in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions is essential.
• Securities law knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Must be admitted to practice in Texas.
• Self-motivated, confident, and a personable team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.
