Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Aid in consolidated financial reporting
- Prepare supporting schedules for internal and external audits
- Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of accounting policies
- Support equity compensation accounting and other corporate accounting functions
- Aid in tax-related projects and compliance activities
- Help maintain strong internal controls and support SOX compliance initiatives
- Partner with finance and operational teams on reporting, analysis, and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-5+ years of public accounting experience
- Experience working with SEC reporting for publicly traded companies
- CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience supporting month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
