Responsibilities
- Aid in the financial month-end close process
- Review and reconcile designated General Ledger accounts and activity
- Prepare and record monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable for corporate or payroll-related expenses
- Investigate and report on discrepancies, communicating effectively and promptly
- Complete bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now Software as needed
- Assist with employee benefits administration and enrollment
- Maintain accurate employee records within the payroll system
- Support day-to-day payroll and accounting functions
- Assist with special accounting or finance projects as assigned
- Support internal and external audit requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in similar or adjacent work
- Previous ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS system experience preferred
- Previous NetSuite (ERP) system experience is a plus
- Microsoft Suite experience with expertise in Excel spreadsheets
- High level of confidentiality for sensitive information
- Extremely accurate and detail-oriented
- Highly developed orientation to detail
