Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift
- Maintain performance during the shift
- Ensure team meets McDonald’s standards

- Execute responsibilities in core restaurant positions
- Lead customer recovery and engagement efforts

Requirements
- Core Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets standards, managing operations, and leading teams.
- Core Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet their goals.
- As a Core Manager, you may be responsible for adhering to a schedule, upholding professionalism, achieving targets, managing operations, and leading teams.
- You must be available for one of the following CORE shifts: Breakfast: Open – 2:00 PM, Mid: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Closing: 4:00 PM – Close, Overnight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Previous leadership experience
Previous leadership experience is needed, within a restaurant.
