Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift
• Maintain a guest-first and staff-first mindset
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
• Meet daypart goals and identify opportunities
• Support training initiatives
• Attend weekly manager meetings
• Manage tracking systems and checklists
• Proactively address daily operations
• Oversee maintenance execution
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Adhere to a fixed, consistent schedule
• Uphold professionalism and company standards
• Achieve operational targets
• Lead customer recovery and engagement efforts

Requirements

• Core Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too.
• Core Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Previous leadership experience is needed, within a restaurant.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

• Breakfast: Open – 2:00 PM
• Mid: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Closing: 4:00 PM – Close
• Overnight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
