Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift
- Maintain performance during the shift
- Ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager
- Meet targets during shifts
- Help assigned Departments meet their goals
- Adhere to a fixed, consistent schedule
- Uphold professionalism and company standards
- Achieve operational targets
- Manage maintenance execution
- Oversee tracking systems and checklists
- Proactively address daily operations
- Meet daypart goals and identify opportunities
- Execute responsibilities in core restaurant positions
- Lead customer recovery and engagement efforts
- Support training initiatives
- Attend weekly manager meetings
- Maintain a guest-first and staff-first mindset
Requirements
- Core Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets standards, managing operations, and leading teams.
- Core Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet their goals.
- As a Core Manager, you may be responsible for adhering to a schedule, maintaining professionalism, achieving targets, overseeing operations, and leading teams.

Schedule Commitment
- BREAKFAST: Open – 2:00 PM
- MID: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- CLOSING: 4:00 PM – Close
- OVERNIGHT: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Previous Leadership Experience
Previous leadership experience is needed, within a restaurant.
