Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor each shift to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet operational targets and manage maintenance execution.
• Oversee tracking systems and checklists, and proactively address daily operations.
• Support customer recovery and engagement efforts.
• Lead training initiatives and attend weekly manager meetings.
• Ensure a guest-first and staff-first mindset.

• Previous leadership experience within a restaurant is required.

• Flexible availability for one of the following CORE shifts:
• Breakfast: Open – 2:00 PM
• Mid: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Closing: 4:00 PM – Close
• Overnight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
