Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor each shift to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Take action to address any issues that arise during the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet and exceed operational targets.
• Oversee maintenance and manage tracking systems and checklists.
• Address daily operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support training initiatives and lead customer recovery and engagement efforts.
• Attend weekly manager meetings and maintain a guest-first and staff-first mindset.

Requirements

• Consistent punctuality.
• Exceptional adherence to uniform and professional standards.
• A positive and welcoming demeanor with both staff and guests.
• Strong communication with restaurant leadership and staff, especially in supporting new hires.
• To demonstrate the qualities of a role model, coach, and subject matter expert.
• A deep understanding of and commitment to restaurant goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within a restaurant setting is required.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.

• BREAKFAST: Open – 2:00 PM
• MID: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• CLOSING: 4:00 PM – Close
• OVERNIGHT: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
