How You’ll Make an Impact

As the primary technical point of contact, you will define, troubleshoot, standardize and govern core CNC machining processes for blade and vane core components, ensuring consistency and quality.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machining cycle time, tooling, yield and process efficiency with existing technology.
Prepare work instructions, provide training and technical evaluation for manufacturing associates.
Manage large-scale projects related to evaluation/adoption of new technologies.
Act as liaison between manufacturing sites, championing best practice sharing.

What You Bring

• Minimum 8 years of experience in 4-axis CAM programming required
• Experience with Renishaw probing for CNC required
• Working knowledge of Hypermill and Siemens NX preferred
