About the Role

The Coordinator for Student Support is a full-time professional staff member who leads the residential conduct process and promotes a culture of accountability, learning, and student well-being. This position ensures the fair and consistent administration of the residential conduct process in accordance with the Oklahoma State University Student Code of Conduct and Housing & Residential Life policies. The Coordinator partners with campus stakeholders to support student success, develop residence life staff, and foster an inclusive residential community where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the residential conduct process and promote a culture of accountability, learning, and student well-being.
  • Ensure fair and consistent administration of the residential conduct process in accordance with university and Housing & Residential Life policies.
  • Partner with campus stakeholders to support student success and develop residence life staff.
  • Foster an inclusive residential community where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education, College Student Personnel, Human Sciences, or a related field (degree must be conferred on or before agreed-upon start date).
  • One year of experience with residential education programs or equivalent curriculum knowledge.
  • Experience working with a college student population.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of student learning and development.
  • Experience using knowledge of student learning and development to develop strategies that foster co-curricular learning in residence halls, guided by student learning outcomes.

Pay

$46,200 - $63,000

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends.
