About the role
The Coordinator, Qualification II is responsible for managing and overseeing the qualification process for new hires and ongoing employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of qualification programs
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct qualification assessments and provide feedback to candidates
- Document and maintain qualification records in an organized manner
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
