Coordinator - Paint

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Coordinator to play a key role within our Paint department. This position works closely with internal departments to ensure painted parts are completed in a timely manner.

What You Will Be Responsible For In This Role

• Ensures parts are staged according to production schedule.
• Communicates priorities to the loader and unloaders and hook repairs to the line lead.
• Confirms that shortages, service parts, and ends are being hung with appropriate colors.
• Makes sure that parts are being inspected and that issues are being communicated to the line lead.
• Trains new operators and fills in for operators when needed.
• Certifies all parts are scanned up and down.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• A High School Diploma with 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Able to work in the US without company sponsorship.

• Willingness to go above and beyond for the customer to ensure a premium experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Hillphoenix products and parts.
• Experience with AS400 is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or other Ticketing System.
