Coordinator, International Sales & Distribution
Support the President, International Sales and Distribution, Motion Picture Group with administrative duties and play a key role in preparing the sales team for major film markets and festivals.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the President of International Sales & Motion Picture Group (calendar management, call sheets, expense reports, booking domestic/international travel, etc.)
- Prepare agendas for international sales and distribution team and cross-departmental meetings
- Read and provide script coverage (verbal and written) with an international perspective
- Track and report international box office performance
- Support the team in creating sales materials and script mailings for film markets and presentations
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity for an executive within the entertainment industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote (Mac) is required
- Familiarity with and willingness to learn Microsoft Copilot, Dropbox DocSend, Scenechronize; tech-savvy
- Avid film and broad content consumer (TV, podcasts, music, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding company business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required
- Must be dependable, a positive team player, punctual, and personable
- Resourceful and works well under pressure
Additional Requirements
- This position requires five (5) days per week in office.
