About the role

Facilitates employee relations processes and functions and provides guidance to district employees regarding organizational policies and procedures, employment actions and performance management. Advises supervisors of district policies and procedures in order to support employee performance management and corrective actions, including discipline and dismissal actions, and management of complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Advises employees on the employee grievance process.
  • Analyzes diverse and complex employee relations matters to determine the best course of action in accordance with district policies, and in consideration of organizational impact.
  • Drafts clear and concise written communications to address employee concerns and accurately relay information regarding district policies.
  • Interprets, implements, and administers organization-wide human resource policies and processes.
  • Develops internal and external contacts pertaining to organization-wide functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Human resources or related field.
  • SHRM/PHR preferred.
  • 5+ years of direct experience.

  • Minimum salary of $65,196.00.
  • Middle 50% salary range of $79,507.00.
