Coordinator, Facilities Maintenance
Position Summary
The Coordinator, Facilities Maintenance, manages maintenance requests and work orders to ensure efficient resolution of equipment and facility issues across stores and clubs. This role involves vendor coordination, invoice processing, data auditing, and reporting to support operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Manage maintenance requests by processing work orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accurate categorization and timely resolution.
- Cook up vendor dispatch and oversee service quality, pricing, and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Audit project files and asset management data to maintain accuracy and support cost analysis.
- Process and resolve invoice discrepancies through collaboration with accounts teams and vendors.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and payroll processing for maintenance personnel.
- Develop and implement process improvements by analyzing data and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and ethical standards in all activities.
About the team
The team leads process improvement initiatives for Upstream Facility Services, focusing on optimizing tools and equipment management. They manage supplier relationships, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and collaboration with Field Operations, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Safety teams. Utilizing advanced analytics and AI, the team supports proactive decision-making, cost optimization, and process standardization. Their efforts ensure service quality, cost control, and sustainable improvements throughout the tools and equipment lifecycle, contributing significantly to the organization’s operational excellence and efficiency.
