Responsibilities
- Cook up with all vendors for estimates
- Keep facility clean (dump all trash cans, floors kept swept and mopped, etc.)
- Replace light bulbs as needed
- Keep dumpster area and ALL parking lot areas clean/free of debris
- Perform minor building/grounds maintenance
- Responsible for maintaining KPA/Safety Standards
- Repair (patch parking lot patches)
- Any required painting/touch ups
- Yearly Lift Inspections
- Be available for any Manager’s request for assistance
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver License
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals and procedure manuals
- Must be self-motivated
- High energy/sense of urgency
- Must be able to pass a Background and MVR check

Working Conditions
- The Facilities Coordinator-Maintenance Technician will be standing for long periods of time.
- S/he will be moving around the entire dealership frequently.
- S/he must be able to adjust to a variable fast or slow environment.
- S/he must be able to bend, stoop and lift within the parameters of the responsibility of the job.
- S/he will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration, wet and/or humid conditions, the risk of electrical shock, fumes or airborne particles, toxins or caustic chemicals, high noise levels and explosives.
