COORDINATOR, ENERGY SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS - 250 DAY
About the role
The Coordinator, Energy Systems and Controls supports the design, operation, and continuous improvement of divisionwide building energy and control systems. Reporting to the Supervisor of Energy Management and Sustainability, this role coordinates the work, systems, standards, and practices that influence how buildings operate across the division, helping ensure systems perform consistently, efficiently, and reliably.
This position supports the integration of building automation systems, controls, scheduling, monitoring, analytics, and energy systems data as part of the division's broader facilities, energy management, and sustainability work. The Coordinator helps strengthen system consistency, data quality, documentation, and operational practices to support current needs while preparing the organization for advanced analytics, automation, emerging technologies, and future-ready facilities management.

An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

Pay and Schedule
Grade 15 Salary Range: $106,965 - $173,391 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time position with 250 working days per year.
