About the Role
WashU's Division of Student Success seeks a campus life professional for the position of Coordinator, Education & Compliance. This role is integral to the Department of Campus Life, focusing on advising, programs, and resources that empower students to discover and define themselves and their communities. The coordinator will work with Student Union, sorority and fraternity life, and various student groups to ensure compliance with university policies and support student development.
Responsibilities
- Advise Student Union Constitutional Council and Sorority and Fraternity Council Standards Board.
- Serve as a Campus Life Advisor, supporting specific student groups through communication, event planning, and group development.
- Coordinate and update campus life policies, student group handbooks, educational resources, and online platforms.
- Act as a student group conduct officer, reviewing incident reports, investigating incidents, and coordinating adjudicated cases.
- Organize and track required trainings for student groups to ensure compliance with policies.
- Partner with the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards on hazing prevention efforts.
- Support departmental and divisional functions, meetings, programs, and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: 1-3 years of post-graduate professional experience in Student Affairs.

Pay
Salary range: $49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / Annually
Location: SAINT LOUIS, MO 63130 | Scheduled Hours: 37.5
