- Facilitate and support the feedback/review/offer process; oversee mentoring program
- Monitor recruiting metrics/statistics; data management; and prepare relevant reports and presentations
- Build relationships with key contacts within the business and HR functions
- Serve as the Firm’s relationship manager with key contacts at law schools
- Ensure a consistent on-brand message is conveyed to recruits
- Work with team on special projects as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional recruiting experience in a law firm or other professional services’ recruiting department
- Strong technical skills on the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, viRecruit, viDesktop or other Talent Management Systems
Pay
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $110,000
