Legal Recruiting Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate attorney interviews, candidate travel, and scheduling logistics
  • Serve as a primary contact for candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage candidate information within the ATS and recruiting platforms
  • Process recruiting expenses, vendor invoices, and reporting
  • Support lateral attorney and partner recruiting initiatives
  • Aid in recruiting projects, communications, and department administration

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of law firm or legal recruiting experience required
  • Experience with an ATS (ViRecruit, LawCruit, or similar)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
