Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Covering law school recruiting, the Summer Associate Program, New Lawyers Group onboarding and training, and lateral attorney hiring.
- Coordinating lawyer recruiting activity.
- Managing budgets related to program planning and management.
- Having experience with program planning and management.
- Managing budgets related to program planning and management.
- Experience with viRecruit preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through completion.
- Able to work and communicate with a wide range of people, including in a team setting.
- Able to establish effective working relationships within the department, Office, and Firm, as well as with vendors and others outside the Firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of four years of law firm and/or professional services recruiting experience focused on Summer Associate/Young Professionals Programs and college/school law recruitment activities.
- Experience with viRecruit preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through completion.
- Able to work and communicate with a wide range of people, including in a team setting.
- Able to establish effective working relationships within the department, Office, and Firm, as well as with vendors and others outside the Firm.
Pay
The starting pay scale for this Boston position is $95,000 - $105,000.
