About the Role
Manage the daily operations of warehouse functions, which may include:
- Shipping and receiving
- Returns processing
- Order control and release
- Delivery and pickup scheduling
- Coordination of pre-installations
- Parts processing (area markets)
- Maintaining accuracy of processing and inventories
Responsibilities
Order Control/Order Release
- Release orders for assigned organizations on a scheduled basis and as needed, collaborating with Operations Management (OM).
- Check orders for critical backorders vs. Essential Items list; hold or release as available.
- Monitor open order reports to ensure all shippable orders are processed.
- Assist Sales, Service, OM, and other groups with inquiries or issues related to orders, returns, or receiving.
- Perform other warehouse administrative duties as assigned.
Returns Processing
- Process all RMAs received daily and coordinate order modifications as needed.
- Research and follow up on unsuccessful pickups; reschedule for the earliest possible date.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, OM, and other groups for machines that cannot be picked up or related inquiries.
- Monitor Open RMA reports to ensure timely returns against goals.
- Assist with other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.
Delivery/Pickup Scheduling
- Contact clients to confirm equipment delivery dates and details using an established checklist.
- Confirm all equipment orders and provide Pack List copies to carriers; create a daily delivery schedule per carrier.
- Schedule client pickups and returns at the time of delivery when possible; reschedule as required.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, OM, and other groups for machines that cannot be delivered or related inquiries.
- Assist with other warehouse administrative duties as assigned.
Area Market/Paragon Coordinator
- Handle all shipping, receiving, and returns processing on a daily basis.
- Perform or coordinate pre-installation of new equipment to meet order dates.
- Schedule and coordinate daily deliveries and pickups with administrative support.
- Assist Sales, Service, OM, and other groups with inquiries related to orders, returns, or receiving.
- Process all parts orders and manage the accuracy of parts inventories.
- Assist with scheduled physical inventories and maintain ongoing accuracy of merchandise inventories.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Organized with strong communication, prioritization, and customer service skills.
- Committed to providing quality results to all internal and external customers.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience in a computerized environment and working with database management systems.
Pay
Anticipated hourly rate for this role: $17.20–$25.49.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site position requiring presence at your assigned office/worksite/territory on scheduled workdays.
