About the role

The Spa Treatment Coordinator will support the new treatment areas by assisting with inventory/product dispensing, guest escorting, maintaining robust treatment areas (treatment cabanas), performing minor treatments (foot baths, botanical baths, shower assistance), and ensuring overall guest comfort, as well as other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory and dispensing of spa products
• Escort guests to and from treatment areas
• Maintain treatment areas, including treatment cabanas
• Perform minor treatments such as foot baths, botanical baths, and shower assistance
• Ensure overall guest comfort
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Massage therapist license preferred.
