About the role

As a Spa Front Desk Agent at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, you will serve as a host and promote an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. You will handle scheduling of treatments, guest check-ins, and processing payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash. This role is responsible for spa reservations, whether for a luxury spa package or an individual treatment, and for making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests. You will act as the final point of contact for an authentic spa experience and promote wellness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa treatments and manage reservations for both luxury packages and individual services.
• Check guests in and out of spa services.
• Process various forms of payment, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
• Recommend spa products and treatments to guests.
• Serve as the primary contact to ensure a seamless and authentic spa experience.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in spas, resort spas, or hotel spas.
