About the role

As a Spa Front Desk Agent at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, you will be a host who promotes an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. You will handle scheduling of treatments, guest check-ins, and processing payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash. You will manage spa reservations for both luxury spa packages and individual treatments, make product and treatment recommendations to guests, and serve as the final point of contact for an authentic spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa treatments and manage reservations for luxury packages and individual services
• Check guests in and process payments (room charges, credit cards, cash)
• Provide recommendations for spa products and treatments to guests
• Promote wellness and deliver a seamless, authentic spa experience

Requirements

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior work experience in spas, spa resorts, or hotel spas
