About the role

As a Spa Front Desk Agent at Spruce Peak Resort by Hyatt, you will serve as a host and promote an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. You will be responsible for scheduling treatments, guest check-ins, and processing payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash.

This role involves managing spa reservations, whether for a luxury spa package or an individual treatment, making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests, and serving as the final point of contact for an authentic spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa treatments and manage reservations for both individual services and luxury packages.
• Check guests in and out of the spa efficiently and courteously.
• Process various forms of payment, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
• Provide personalized recommendations for spa products and treatments to enhance guest experiences.
• Promote wellness and serve as the primary contact to ensure a seamless and authentic spa experience.

Requirements

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience working in spas, spa resorts, or hotel spas to make a meaningful impact at Hyatt.
