- Cook, keep up, and keep things tight
- Prep food ahead as requested, without over-prepping past what we actually need
- Date and rotate all food containers per our standards, and keep perishables at the right temperatures

- At least two years in a restaurant or kitchen
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen and genuinely good on a team
- Clear communicator and organized
- Professional, dependable, and steady when the day changes on you
Qualifications
You solve problems instead of passing them along, and you can think straight even when things get tense. You follow direction, own your mistakes, and keep your commitments — including staying late when the team needs it, or giving a heads-up with a plan when you can't. You adapt when the plan shifts. And you're the kind of coworker who takes feedback, gives it well, and puts the team's night above your own.
