Responsibilities
- Responsible for food production in all areas of the department.
- Apply knowledge of all methods of cookery.
- Produce quality, eye‑appealing products within allotted time frames.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Preferred education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions
- Use of all food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer.
- Physical ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
