About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Cook to join our team at Watermark Retirement Communities. Our Cooks go beyond the typical role, providing an extraordinary dining experience for our residents while fostering meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and menus
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
• Work with residents to understand dietary preferences and restrictions
• Develop and maintain a positive dining environment
• Follow established schedules and assist with meal preparation as needed

Requirements

• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to follow recipes and menus
• Excellent work ethic
• Passionate about working with seniors
• Open to learning and growing professional skills

Qualifications
